Travel & Meeting Services - We do the Work; You Reap the Benefits

The Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau offers one-stop service for all your travel and meeting planning needs. We offer complete meeting services and tour group assistance, including hotel accommodations, conference and meeting facilities, and support services. We take care of the details so that you can focus on a successful event.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel Accommodations Out Utah Hotel Meeting Facilities include full service, resort, limited service, economy, and Bed& Breakfast properties. Utah Valley communities welcome tour groups, student groups, sports teams and conventions. The Bureau can assist you in locating accommodations that will best suit your needs.

Conference Facilities

Conference Facilities Utah Valley also provides full service conference facilities, multi-purpose facilities, and meeting room space.

Meeting and conference venues include historical sites such as Provo City Library at Academy Square, built in 1875, the Historic county Courthouse, and the Springville Museum of Art. Other unique meeting options include Thanksgiving Point, featuring 55 acres of professionally-decorate gardens, the Alpine Art Center, and the Scera Theatre.
